How to taste SENSUALLY SCRUMPTIOUS in 12-24 hours!
The most effective way to sweeten up your love juice (this does go for men as well as women) is by eating plenty of fruit...specifically, pineapple, papaya, cranberry, melons, apples, mangos and grapes - this will overload your system with natural sugars, serving to offset the normal bitter taste.
Drink lots of water, half gallon a day minimum a day to flush out body towins and lower pH levels. Parsley, wheatgrass and celery are also recommended for a sweeter flavor because of their high chlorophyll content, which provides energy and antioxidants. Zinc and selenium supplements are beneficial to healthy function, allegedly reducing bitterness by lowering pH as well.
For you Italian's...(you know who you are) skip the garlic, cauliflower, broccoli, onions and asparagus which are all high in sulfur content. Try to avoid red meat (especially the fast food variety) and dairy products, they are the main contributors to a salty taste. So if you have that special DATE on your calender, PLAN AHEAD by eating lean meats such as turkey andchicken. I'm not sure, but fish can't be a good thing! (only joking.)

1 banana, frozen
1 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

2 Tbls. honey
